Extremely slow customer load in 7.0.7

Since moving to 7.0.7 we have found that loading the Edit User page to be extremely slow on customers with a large number of orders in their history. The more orders that a customer has, the longer it takes to go to the Edit User page. We have been waiting more than five minutes for the page to load for a customer with a very large number of orders. Is there any way to speed this up??
