MISSING: Option to share a kit component

Where is the feature where I can add a component from another product's kit configuration? I have "shared" kit components and now I'm trying to share one and can't find the option to do so. Is it missing in 7.0.7?

If you copy a product that has a kit then that will be shared otherwise it does not work as you described.

There used to be a feature to share kit components. It dropped out around 7.0.4 for whatever reason. What a shame!
