Pricing based on Province/State
Is it possible to have the product pricing based on state/province. For example, when the user first loads the site, I will prompt them for their state/province and then adjust the price accordingly.

A couple of options:
1.) You can easily provide a discount or coupon for a group of customers.
2.) You can assign a price rule for a group and give everyone in Montana 10% off..... or whatever rule you want to give.
