Problem with multiple domains on one store

I have a store that can be accessed from two domains, HyattGrandBed.com as guest.hyattathomeservices.com. The first of the two is the domain we give out primarily because it is shorter and easier to type for our users, but there are locations where the second one is used on the Internet...

The Store URL is setup as guest.hyattathomeservices.com, but we have a multiple-domain license for AC that responds for both. Now, the site works when you hit either "HyattGrandBed.com" or "guest.hyattathomeservices.com". If you go to "www.HyattGrandBed.com", you're redirected to "guest.hyattathomeservices.com", could this be an issue with how the license was issued or an issue with how the site is setup/coded?

It may be a combination of things.

http://www.HyattGrandBed.com points to the same IP address as HyattGrandBed.com. Since the Store URL is setup as guest.hyattathomeservices.com I'm guessing that's what the store defaults to for "other" domain names it doesn't know about (like http://www.HyattGrandBed.com).

One solution would be to setup a redirect of http://www.HyattGrandBed.com to HyattGrandBed.com in your DNS setup or your IIS setup.
