7.0.2 and Paymentech gateway integration

Hello,

We have a 7.0.2 store that will not be upgraded anytime soon due to some issues related to some customizations that were not done in an "upgrade friendly" manner.

I realize that support for the Paymentech gateway is included in 7.0.4 and newer versions but, like I said, we are not upgrading at this time.

My question is, has anyone done an integration of 7.0.2 with the latest Paymentech?

If so, would you care to share your experience or offer your services for same here?
