Paypal return to store

Hi,
When a customer makes a payment with paypal and it completes. It sends you to a page that will redirect you after 10 seconds back to your store. Is there anyway to adjust that 10 second redirect? I would like to to take it down to 2 seconds.
Below is what it currently displays:
Thanks for your order
Your payment of is complete.
You're now going back to Test Store.
If you are not redirected within 10 seconds, click here.
