Recurring billing option in PayPal Express Checkout

We are looking for Recurring billing option in PayPal Express Checkout in Able Commerce 7.0.7 version.
I searched in admin panel but could not find any option to enable it?
When customer is making transaction for the product subscription in PayPal, we get the message "Recurring billing is unsupported by this gateway integration." in transaction history for that order.
