Program Bug 7.07 - Order Manager
When viewing orders in Order Manager and you checked the box next to the Order # and from the bottom you select Marked Shipped and hit Go - the heading Shipment says Shipped but the heading Status still says Shipment Pending. This seems like a bug in AC.

Go to Configure > Order Statuses and see if "Order Shipped" is listed as a trigger to the "Completed" order status.

I tried it on a site and it changed to shipped.

It does change to "Shipped" under the "Shipment" heading. But it still says "Shipment Pending" under the "Status" heading.

We manualy process credit cards. In order for it to work right, it has to be marked paid first. This is a bug in the Ablecommerce program. It shouldn't matter if it is marked paid or not. How do you report this to AC?

What version of AC are you using, and have you customized anything? I'm on 7.0.7. I just created 2 new orders, deferred payment on one and paid another, marked them both shipped without capturing, and both of them updated to completed.
You can manually mark orders paid also. On the payment screen, click "Add New Payment", then choose "Record Payment". There you can set the payment to paid. It's an extra step, but it can work around your problem, plus you can record any data that might make it easier to cross reference payment with whatever system you are using to process payments.

We just noticed this issue in Able 7.07 as well. The Order Status does not update to "completed" under two conditions: 1) If shipping/tracking is input before the payment is captured. Must capture cc payment first. 2) When order is for a non-inventory item, e.g., shipping only. If nothing ships the Order Status does not update to "completed."
