Hye all I have FedEx prgrammed in as a shipping method for my store. I dont htink I am using any apis, just filled in the standard info on the form for addin a carrier in able comemrce.
However I got a letter stating the API's would no longer be in service. Is this something I should have to worry about with using able commerce for shipping quotes? does able use these built into thier software? Is there a new method to adding FedEx to the integrated carriers now? I have not programmed this area of the sotre for a while.. here's a quote from the email:
Dear fedex customer,
You have less than 30 calendar days until fedex Ship manager API and fedex ship manager direct shipping solutions are retired and your software license will expire. Once these solutions are retired, you will no longer be able to process shipments track packages rate fedex services or use any other integrated solutions with your software.
The FedEx Ship manager API and FedEx Manager ship direct products have not been updated with new features or serveices since 2007.
