When a sessions times out instead of just being prompted to login again the users is getting a page "We are sorry, but the page you are trying to access has experienced an error. Please contact us to report this problem" and the URL is store.irmi.com/error/generalerror.aspx?aspxerrorpaths/login.aspx
They have to clear their cookies and then can get back to the login page again.
No errors on the backend that I can see. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

If the page redirects to /error/generalerror.aspx there may not be errors in the server Application log, but there should be some errors in \App_Data\Logs\app.log
Try to simulate the issue and check the \App_Data\Logs\app.log
