Is there any way for customers to "build-a-product"? I need to start with a core product and then add items of various quantities to it. Kits/Bundles doesn't seem to be able to do this.

I am trying to set up custom logos or embroidery on clothing items. I would like the customer to select a product and then add either screen printing or embroidery to it. That's the easy part. These customizations require a one time set up fee. I need to be able to require this fee, but only once per order. Kitting would add it as many times as the quantity of the base product ordered.

Is there any way to accomplish this?
