inventory is not working

Hello,
We lounched a new site, and the stock in the inventory is not decreeing after a purchase.
we have 3 other site with ablecommerce, and we set the same settings:
1)- Eanbled the inventory on store from store->settings page
2)- Enabled inventory for specified product.
but the stock never changed. any idea why ?

Check your order status settings and make sure they are set to destock inventory.

Hello,
Thanks, that's fixed the problem.
One more question, If i set up the inventory settings to destock when order placed, and destock when order completed, it will destock 2 times ?
do i have to assign the destock to only "one" Triggers ?

Destock should ONLY be applied once, otherwise yes, you will be destocking twice.

I have tested the inventory, and made an order to go throw all statuses, but the destocking happened once, All those statuses is marked to destock; Payment Pending(Order Placed), Shipment Pending(Order Paid), Completed (Order Shipped). But only ONE Destock happen after the order is completed. !!
Is I am Wrong !!
