paypal issue for able commerce VERSION: 7.0.7.14588

hi,
We have one urgent issue would like to seek your advice.
We have 3 paypal gateway now (image 1)
We are now using able commerce 7.0.7.14588 to do the paypal testing, however, we find that we use the same gateway same type “paypal” from able commerce, we could not capture the credit card information successfully. (using the one "paypal" is success, but the other two option would fail)
we create one test order using paypal account: (image 2 with paypal option)

you can see we create a test order through credit card (image 3 with mastercard/debit master card.......via paypal)

we just set the name to be different, but why the payment will be fail?
