Add Discount to highest priced item

Hi
I have a requirement, have to create a coupon which adds discount to HIGHEST PRICED ITEM in basket.
Normally when we apply a coupon discount is applied in all items present in basket.
But we have to apply only to item whose price is highest amongst all item.
Please reply...
