help with an error message

If I try to add a product to the cart from one of the products shown in the left sidebar, this might be "top seller" I get this error message:

Sys.InvalidOperationException: Could not find UpdatePanel with ID 'ctl00_wpm_HomePage_ctl05_EstimateAjax'. If it is being updated dynamically then it must be inside another UpdatePanel.

Obviously got something wrong, can anyone help with that?

There must be some customization you have done. We can't reproduce this with default files. You will need post more details here on what you are trying to do for members to give you any knowlegeable suggestions.
