I am trying to update the images on my web site 7.0.2, it is a fairly substantial amount of data. Normally I use "microsoft expression web" and ftp. The update involves 3000 images. The program seems to freeze up if there is to much data .... breaking them up in to small pieces to upload would be time consuming. What is the best way to quickly replace the current images with new ones?
Thanks
Chris

Re: fastest way to upload images
Hi Chris,
FTP should be able to easily handle 3000 images. I use Filezilla and have no trouble uploading thousands of files at once...but it can take some time.
I'm not sure about MS expression web, but you should be able to bypass this and use only FTP. If you still have trouble, then it might be your host.
Hope this helps,
Katie
