is Mobile avail for ablecommerce 7.0.7 build 14600

we are using AbleCommerce 7.0.7 build 14600 and would like to have a mobile version. I couldn't find any reference. I know it is available in Gold.
Is that available for Ver 7.0.7. Thanks.
