USPS shipping not working 7.0.7

Hello,

I have followed steps of upgrade patch according to http://help.ablecommerce.com/index.htm# ... h_2013.htm
But still not getting on checkout.
Able 7.0.7 build 14481

Plug in the applicable information and select a package shape. Check to see which services USPS says are available to the destination. Then go into AbleCommerce Admin and make sure that the services returned from USPS are selected in Able. Keep in mind that for every 1 service type, there are now 6 variations available and all of them must be selected for shipping to work.

I have also checked there but still not getting to fixed it.

You are going to need to give some more information, like -

What is the ship from and ship to zip codes? Package weight?
What services do you have selected within AbleCommerce?

Also I have checked with same userid in R5 its working but not working in 7.*....

Check to make sure you applied the update properly. The methods you've listed above are not correct. You should see 6 versions for EACH of the USPS shipping methods.

For example:

USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail 1-Day
USPS Priority Mail 2-Day
USPS Priority Mail 3-Day
USPS Priority Mail Military
USPS Priority Mail DPO

This is all coming out of the "uspsmethods.csv" file in the app_data folder. It should be around 11 KB if you have the new one.

Now its working the issue was just i am downloading csv from ftp://ftp.ablecommerce.com/patches/uspsmethods_2013.zip

Good. Glad to hear it. USPS made 2 updates this year instead of the usual one in January.
