Unable to Login to Admin

I recently installed our development site on a new laptop.

I created a blank site, installed a new version of 7.0.7, after the install I copied the .lic, replaced all files with our website, then placed the .lic in it's folder.

Everything seems to run fine, I can access everything except for the admin section.

Trying to login at /admin/login.aspx, the page just refreshes with the login page. The system does login me in, the homepage says i'm logged in, the "Logout" text link appears in the footer of the login.aspx page.

Does anyone have an idea why ablecommerce's admin section is not fully authenticating me? I am a super user.

Nevermind, the user I was using was not a super user. The user is a super user in our test environment, but apparently, not our DEV.

Figured this out by debugging the logindialog.ascx

You can also reset the password by editing the \install\resetadmin.aspx file. Inside the file, you have to enable the script first, and then you can change the username/password to create or update the existing super user.
