more help please finding code location

I am struggling trying to find where I can alter the text in two locations. The first is on ...Checkout/Receipt.aspx, The second is Checkout/Default.aspx I have highlighted the text I want to change. Where are these located? Thanks ablecommerce 7.0.2

\Checkout\PaymentForms\PayPalPaymentForm.ascx and \ConLib\ReceiptPage.ascx

The section above that says "Click below to finalize..." is in the Checkout/PaymentForms/PayPalPaymentForm.ascx, line 128 on the version I have open.
