Shipping method Error while checkout

Shipping method Error while checkout

Hello,

When using PayPal checkout (Express checkout), the customer reach a page with an error red text: No suitable shipping method available to ship the products in your cart. Please contact the merchant for assistance in completing your order, under this page: /Checkout/ShipMethod.aspx

what are the possible reasons of this error ?

The first thing I would do is make sure that Paypal express checkout is really the reason behind the error. So, what you will need to do is place a test order using the SAME products and address that this customer was using. Instead of using Paypal express, just go into the normal checkout and see if you get the same error message.

If you are using USPS, make sure that you have applied the latest patch.
