PayPal Express - No Order Confirmation Emails

When users use PayPal Express to pay, they are not getting an Order Confirmation email. Is there a reason for this? Is there a fix?

Is this a known issue or does it work properly for standard installs? Is this something I have access to the code for? I'm at a loss for how I can fix this without buying the CommerceBuilder source.

I've not seen any other customer indicate that emails are not working. With PP Express, the checkout completes at Paypal's site, so I don't know that we would send an email if the event isn't triggered by AC receipt page. I'm sorry, but I'm just not sure. It's been a long time since I've tested Paypal with AC7.

For certain, make sure that your Order Notification template is set to send on Order Placed (not Order Paid).

Wish I could be of more help. I just don't have any test installs of AC7 that I can access.
