Google Chrome started to block downloads of digital goods from our web site. It gives the message: " FileName.zip is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous."
We are selling embroidery designs for quite few years and our files are free from any viruses and malware. What should I do?

This is the first I've heard of any issue with Chrome. I tested a download from our own site and it worked fine with Chrome.

There are many reasons that a download could be stopped. It can be a setting within your browser or even your computer. The best thing you can do is a bit of testing. Try downloading from the Admin side and Retail side. Try different browsers. You could also try downloading from our website because we are still on the older AC 7.x version.

You might have already done this, but Googling the phrase "is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous" gives lots of results with similar complaints. You might be able to find a work-around by digging through Google's results.
