Did it AGAIN - forgot to change the Admin Timezone

I thought per Katie's last suggestion of just setting UTC - 5 would fix this, nope, after the recent DST change I was off for an hour. Just today, April 2 I realized this! AC you are not helping us by requiring us to change time zones in 2016!!! Please fix this in the next update to GOLD and stop this pain!
