Sales by Referrer URLs not being tracked

We've been successfully using the the Sales by Referrer report found in the Reports section of AbleCommerce. We tried to run this report for May and June and no data is available. There have been no changes to our AbleCommerce configuration or pages. Accrording to this article, you must have Page Tracking enabled in order to use the Sales by Refrrer report: http://help.ablecommerce.com/mergedProj ... eports.htm

According to this article, page tracking is enabled by default. I verified in our admin site > Configure > Page Tracking that we do indeed have tracking enabled.
I'm not sure why there is suddenly no data. Has anyone run into this issue or shed some information that may be useful in tracking down the source of this problem?
