No one gets password reset emails

Continuous issue is customers trying to do a password reset yet they never get the reset email. Anyone seen this or know how to resolve?

I'm guessing this just stopped working...

Has anything changed?

Nothing has changed and yes, it stopped working about 2 months ago I'm guessing. I'll look into it, just wasn't sure if someone had a direction to look into if this occurred with someone else.

Sorry, I haven't heard of anyone having trouble. Nothing in the forums either...

You might want to check the Error log. If Able is trying to send the email and there is a problem with it during the send process, then an error should be logged.
