Potential Buyer Q: Variable Handling Fees

Is there am ability to charge different handling fees based on different types of customers? IE standard domestic = $1, Int'l = $2.50, wholesale = $0, etc.

Hello,

You can set the rate on each shipping method. It can be restricted by user group and shipping zone. So if I understand your question correctly then the answer is yes.
