Shipping Rate - Vary by Cost

I was trying to setup a rule to provide free shipping on orders over $100USD.

When order total is below $100, it shows the shipping rate during checkout; when order total is over $100, it only shows the name of the shipping method but not the rate ($0.00/free). I would like to give my customer some indication that free shipping is being offered if their orders are qualified for free shipping.

Can I also specify if the 'Min/Max' values are before/after shipping/tax?

Hello,

This is actually a feature enhancement that didn't make it into 7.0. Where you can name each row of the method. The work around is to create another shipping method called 'Free Shipping' and give it the over 100 dollar criteria.
