The Dashboard Order Summary seems to be shifting data off the "today" column based on GMT and not the assigned local time zone.

My order count went to 0 at 7:30pm EST - that would be 30 minutes after midnight GMT.

Is this a known issue? I have the time zone set correctly in the store setup.

Verified that this is an issue.

A potential patch is attached to the bug report. It will be tested by one other developer before we claim it "fixed".

I Installed it - we'll see how it works this evening at 7:00pm EST.
