Google Analytics question

Post by AbleMods » Fri Nov 23, 2007 6:11 pm

I noticed on the Google site that they say to put the Urchin javascript code after the /body tag.

I am Using the Google tracking footer and Conlib control provided with AC7. Looking at my home page HTML source, AC7 puts the code inside the /body tag not outside.

Is that going to work with Google??

I've always had ours before the </body> tag and it works fine.

Or if necessary you could modify the /Layouts/Scriptlet.master page.
Cheers,

Double-checked my old site - it was before the /body tag as well. So that part is working.
Google is receiving data now. Took 3+ days to show up - usually only takes 1 but at least it's working <shrug>.
