I'm considering activating inventory tracking...

Post by AbleMods » Thu Dec 06, 2007 6:23 pm

Will bad things happen if I do?

Does it handle variants ok?

Will it blow anything up if I enable the flag in the ac_products table with t-sql for all my products? Far more helpful than one, by one, by one, by one....

Hello Joe,

If you go though the DB to make your changes then I'm not qualified to say what will happen, especially with options.

Variants have inventory control. However the custom control we'd done for you wasn't tested for such.

You can enable inventory on a product by product basis, so I'd just do the ones which are really required.
Thanks for your support
