I have some technical question about AbleCommerce 7
Our company are using one of competior of AbleCommerce ( BVCommerce for 3 years in 8 stores). We add and modify original code (payment method, UI improvement, order processing e t c)
Right now we want to enjoy asp.net 2.0 and ajax feature for all our shops.
A questions is :
Do you plan to provide convertsion utility for competior stores db.
How can i get dbschema of AbleCommerce 7 because we can't start from scrach and i need to convert category, products,users with passwords.
Do you use feautures of sql2005 for paging e t c (RowID)
Do you support third party payment plugins or we will need to change your code.

The Dataport utility would likely take care of the conversion of the bvcommerce store so long as you can export the data into CSV format.

The db diagram isn't currently available, but with the data port tool this wouldn't be needed. You can do all of the above.

Since we are compatible with 2000 and 2005, I don't think we do but I might be wrong.

Do you support third party payment plugins or we will need to change your code.

We have published the API for authorize.net should you need to add a payment gateway that we don't currently support.
