I've almost got my XML data imported from 5.5 to 7.0. I had a couple errors but was able to clear them up but I'm having one last error that I'm not sure what to do.
The orders will all not import because of a foreign key constraint.
INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'ac_OrderStatuses_ac_Orders_FK1'. The conflict occurred in database 'mike_new', table 'ac_OrderStatuses', column 'OrderStatusId'.
I'm not sure what change to make to the old database to get it to work. If anyone has any ideas, that would be a great help.
Thanks!
Mike

Hello Mike,
Please post bugs to our ablecrm system. We'll need to get a copy of your xml file for testing. Please zip it and put it somewhere where we can download it. Post the information in a case, thanks.
We've gotten quite a few samples and we've cleared up most of the issues, this hasn't appeared in our other tests so it must be something 'special' about your data.

Can one of you guys tell me- on the import from 5.5, where do the custom fields go in AC7? To the Product template fields? Someone asked me about some customfield programming and I want to make it so that when he switches to AC7 it will import to the right fields.

I played around with the database yesterday and did finally get my 5.5 data to go in and it all looks great! I would assume it wouldn't be the "preferred" way to do it though, but if anyone's interested, I can post an explanation ... but I'll also be looking for a more "official" answer as that would be the easier fix.
Anyway, as far as the custom fields, I'm afraid I don't know much about the 5.5 install as I wasn't involved with that version, so all I can really tell is that things look good in 7.0. Sorry I wasn't much help there ...
