We used to be set up for shipping as the default for the entire World, but last week we set up 2 zones Alaska Hawaii and the Continental USA and thats it for now. We eliminated the World.
We did this last week and have had 2 calls from customers in continental USA saying "Wrong Zip Code. " THis did not happen before. Apparantly, the customer cannot proceed with the order.
Is there a table look up for zip codes that maybe is NOT complete. Shouldn't it just look for 5 or 9 numbers and accept ALL? This creates a difficulty if it works this way,,, may need to go back to world wide shipping.
Please advise if it has to do a look up and match. Zip codes do change. If they change how do we keep up with them?
