AC7 creates a sitemap file.
But I was doing some reading and it seems you can automate the ability to tell search engines to come read your sitemap file. This is done via a simple HTTP URL request with a HTTP response 200 if successful.
Can AC7 do this automatically? I mean, why wouldn't you want this to be done automatically?

I'm not sure why AC7 doesn't have it, but I think it's a new thing for Google. I didn't know about it until a new client told me. So I just added a link on the page that generates the site map so they can click the link to tell Google it's new.
