Delivery instructions:

On a customers order that paid with paypal under shipments it lists some delivery instructions that the customer added. Was this done via the paypal website and carried back to the store?
This is cool if so but why are we only allowing the paypal customers to add delivery instructions? If its built into the store/database allready then maybe a "Add delivery instructions" and/or "add order notes" could be available options on the sidebar during checkout.
