AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Anyone know anything about the ac_customfields table in the SQL database?

I can't find anything that references it but I've seen code that involves something with products having custom fields.

Is this something that just didn't get implemented yet?

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to import able commerce 5.5 custom fields into 7.0. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
