Before I request these as features, just making sure that I'm not missing anything.

1. How does a customer enter a Note for their order when they order? I see they can enter a note after they order and go into their order detail.

2. How do we delete a shipment? Or at least edit it after the fact?

3. Our customer service people are not able to add Gift Wrap when people order over the phone (via Admin New Order). We only see it when ordering like a normal customer not in the Admin.

How does a customer enter a Note for their order when they order? I see they can enter a note after they order and go into their order detail.

That's the only way. A "Special Instructions" area would be nice, one that automatically flags the order differently and generates the history record.

No delete. You can edit a shipment on the "Shipments" page of the order. You cannot edit a tracking number once it's posted.

If you find it, let me know - I haven't seen it yet on the Admin order entry. I started doing order entry on the customer side because it's more complete.

For the ConLib control "OnePageCheckout", there is a new property in RC2 called "EnableShipMessage". It is turned OFF by default. If you turn this on and re-label the field, your customers can add a note for the order.

Others say this works..I must have screwed mine up because I can get it to display the box just fine but nothign gets saved to the database. If someone has this working can you email me the files please so I can figure out what I did wrong.

Same problem - haven't had time to debug it.
