Bill To Email

I do not have a Bill To email field showing up on any of the input screens during checkout or modify address from the account area. The only place that I see email asked for is in the account setup page. Is the BillToEmail field populated from the account email? If so, then this is not occuring in the system.

Missing BilltoEmail is a known issue in RC1 and mostly fixed in RC2.

It's completely fixed in RC3.

Happened most of the time to me using the PayPal payment gateway.
