we have several sizes available for our polo shirts. How do I setup AC to track the amount of different shirt sizes in stock? Currently we are out of stock of the large white polo shirts and want to display that information.

If you have the sizes set up as options/vaiants, you can set the inventory in the edit product page to track by variant, then go to the variants screen and input the quantities.

When you set up the master product that will contain the variants/options, the Inventory Mode dropdown will not give you the option to track inventory by variant. Thus the variant inventory fields are not visible.

Just save the product record, create your variants and then the main product record Inventory Mode dropdown will offer the choice for Variants Inventory. Set it, save it and your Variants screen will show additional fields for stock quantities by variant.
