We are seeing duplicate emails when testing Order Confirmation messaging. Has anyone experienced this?

Check to make sure you don't have the same order confirmation trigger assigned to two different email templates.

Had the same thing happen to me at one point. Have to edit each email template set up in the system and see which triggers are checked - should only take a few minutes.

Doh.

Had a front-end developer adjusting a template and (bless his heart) he had duplicated the original before editing it for me.
