Problem Install - help

I download AbleCommerce 7.0
I install step by step with http://help.ablecommerce.com
Browse to http://localhost/ac7/install/Default.aspx,
I have a problem:
Parser Error Message: Unknown server tag 'ajax:ScriptManager'
File "Web.config" in folder Install no source code.
Could you please help me continuousinstall it?

I think you do not have one of the requirements fulfilled.

Make sure you have Microsoft AJAX Library installed

Thanks, I installed Microsoft AJAX Library 1.0, Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0
