We are getting a few complaints about the page after submitting the CC information.

Several clients have called in saying that they see nothing on the page.

I am unable to reproduce this error.

Has any one else heard or seen this?

This is an Email we recieved from a client regarding the blank page on checkout.

"I just found your site and am trying to place an order on a new account. When I try to process the order by credit card it gives an order number of zero and blank data. I tried several times and logged out and tried again. When I go to the account, it shows no orders placed. Please assist with placing the order. Thank you."

We called him and took care of the client. But Want to track down the cause of this, as it seems to occur 1 - 2 times a month that we are aware of. it's the ones we do not know about that worry us.

Do you have Anonymous Checkout enabled?

Did the customer mention whether they opted for Anon or did they register?

We would have similar occasionally when a customer's charge card bank was down. Things got lost in limbo.

Hmmm darn - was hoping it could be narrowed down to an anonymous issue or something, sorry.
