Accessing UserID from a scriplet or a new age

I have created a new page that is linked to from the MyAccount page. Is am making the changes to the MyAccount page via the scriplet manager in the admin ui. The new page needs to know the currently logged in UserID.
I was trying to pass the UserID on the commandline to the new page, but did not know how to get the userid. Can that be accesssed via the scriplet? Or it accessible in the new page via someother method?
