Failed Transaction

Hey everybody, I had a transaction failed today and Able says this:

This transaction has been declined. (65)
Transaction ID:1848037442
Authorization:290732
AVS:Match (Y)
CVV:Issuer Not Certified (U)

According to Authorize.net I found this:

Card Code Status: Issuer does not support Card Code

I'm new to this so is it safe to assume that the customer entered the wrong security code?

Hmm. If that's an AMEX card, CVV is not supported - you have to turn that off in your authorize.net account.

It looks more like the issuer of the credit card does not support the security code. It doesn't seem like a data entry problem.

Thanks guys. I logged into authorize.net and turned off that setting and was able to process it.
