Has anyone had encountered this error before? I get this error when I try to pay with a credit card.

The type initializer for 'CyberSource.Clients.NVPClient' threw an exception.; Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Services3, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.


My gateway provider is CyberSource and I'm on a shared Hosting environment.

For CyberSource to work, the Microsoft Web Services Enhancements 3.0 (WSE3) must be installed on the server. The error seems to indicate that this is not installed.

Same kind of error occurs for me also. But in my system i have installed WSE 3.0. but still it gives me a error., in addition to that the log file is aldo not getting created in the specified folder.
