AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Hi,

We are very curious about what can be done with AbleCommerce and its SDK. I have downloaded both. However, when looking at the instructions in the SDK document AC55_VisualStudioProjects.pdf a file called CommerceBuilder5.vbproj is referred to. All I see is CommerceBuilder5.dll.

Does the Trial version contain the necessary code to use with the SDK?

It seems that you have downloaded the info for Able 5.5 There is limited info available for AC7 and it is available from links on the first page of the Able help site:

For what it's worth, when you click on Features on the trial information page, you are brought to a page that has a very prominent link to the SDK for the 5.5 version, even though the page is for 7.0 features. That is where I downloaded the SDK - being very new to AbleCommerce, I figured the SDK had its own seperate versioning.

All the final documentation for Able 7 is not out yet, so maybe they will fix all the links when that comes out.

For AC7 we are not going to publish the same kind of downloadable PDF, because it is hard to keep it current and relevant. We are pursuing a wiki based strategy.
