Where do I configure credit card account data?

Where, in the Merchant Admin, do I go to enable/configure how long to store the credit card account data?

I am using:
ASP.NET
VERSION: 7.0
BUILD: 9381

Configure -> Security -> General
Payment Account Data Storage section
