UPS Not Working - I Cry

I have registered UPS Online tools and enabled standard, ground and many other shipping methods. I have verified that all of my products are shippable and that they have weight. For some reason, I cannot get UPS rates to return at all. When I attempt checkout or to estimate shipping, I receive the standard "Shipping not available..." message. If I add a custom shipping method, it works fine. I turned the debug on for UPS but nothing has been logged. It would appear that no call is being made to UPS for rates at all. BTW - all groups and zones are enabled for my UPS methods. No filtering going on at all.
