Product Emphasis

Does AbleCommerce have an emphasis field for a product such as "Free shipping!", "Fat Free!", "No Load!"? Basically, a way of shouting out a special aspect of this product.

I couldn't find a suitable field to use. Am I correct about this? Also, if I were to add my own field should I use a template or a custom field?

You could use either template or custom field. I think the custom fields apply to particular product, but you can make a template with a field like Promo Text, then input different text for different products.
